In March of 2014, Roberto opened the doors to Pizza il Bacio at 336 North Main Street in York New Salem, in a location formerly known as Pizza al Bacio. While the previous restaurant had a similar name in Sherwood Plaza Shopping Center, this restaurant would have a new menu, team, and values that are unique to itself.
In July 2021 Pizza il Bacio rebranded as Melania Pizza — the same kitchen, same recipes, same team, with a name that honors family. The relationship with the original Pizza al Bacio family remains close — both restaurants share an Italian heritage and a commitment to homemade food.
